We provide FREE Courier Tracked Shipping on all items we sell throughout the UK* Excludes Ireland & Channel Islands. (If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us first before placing any orders as additional shipping costs will be added accordingly)

When your order has been dispatched we will email you the ParcelForce Tracking Number so you can follow the progress of your parcel at: Tracking.parcelforce.net

Please note we DO NOT dispatch any items at the weekend or Bank Holidays.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, if you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us first for a returns code, a full refund will be issued once we receive the item in the same condition as we shipped it.

Please Note: The Return Code we provide must be clearly labelled on the exterior of the packaging for return processing reasons.

We do not refund any return post or packaging costs on returns unless the item is faulty.
